This is a way for our friends and family to stay in touch with us no matter where we are in the world.
Last week we had our interview at the Immigration building in downtown Sacramento. It went really well, and we passed. Vernie should get her green card in a couple of weeks. We are happy because its been a long process that we don't have to worry about anymore.

This whole process has been kind of crazy for you guys. Somehow, I always had the idea that once somebody got married to an American citizen, it pretty much opened all the doors for them to come here and stay here. Anyway, glad you're through with it.
