Out and About

It's so nice to have freedom of mobility. The brother-in-law of Vernie is letting me use his motorcycle while he is working abroad in Dubai. It's a little scary, but also fun learning to drive through traffic here.

Today I gave a lecture about American cultural traits to students that are studying to work as caregivers abroad. It went very well, and I have been asked back to the school to teach a week-long class on English Communication. The income from this and a couple other tutoring jobs plus my soccer coach job will almost cover our living expenses.

Mateo-

Very cool. Congrats on being able to teach that English class, and for being invited back. That is awesome. Maybe you could do an audioblogger post while you teach so that we can get a sampling of your skills.

The top picture definitely reminds me of the 80s. The stache, older bike... nice.
